Should you choose to take part in this event, here’s how it will work: Yard sales will be held at your home. PHHA will provide the signs, advertising & a paper map (provided to designated homes around the neighborhood to handout to buyers).

Community BBQ
We are excited to announce our 1st Annual Neighborhood BBQ!
- When: Saturday, August 28th @5PM
- Where: Panoramic Heights Community Park on 25th (next to the community pool and tennis courts).
- What should you bring? You, your family, a blanket or lawn chairs & any food you desire (if you don’t prefer what is provided). PHHA will be providing grilled hot dogs, salad, cookies and water.
