How is everyone doing?  We are going through a time that none of us will forget.  One positive from this is the family bonding that seems to be happening.  We have never seen so many husband/wives/families walk by our house during the day.  Let’s hope that continues after we pass through this pandemic.

Summer is here.  Weather is warming dramatically, flowers are blooming, grass is growing faster and so are the weeds.  Please go over the covenants that we all have received and make sure that you are in compliance.  Go through lines 161-210 and make changes if you need to.  The purpose of the covenants is to “ensure the livability of the area by protecting the health, safety, welfare, security of property values, and to further all things conducive to harmony and compatibility among neighbors.”  It helps everyone if we are all in compliance.  Thanks.

The Panoramic Heights Recreation Association has a tentative date for opening the pool.  Due to the COVID restrictions, the pool opening will be delayed until June 16th.  It will be open 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.  Your PHRA membership will allow you to use the large, heated pool, children’s wading pool, and the Tennis courts.  Children 16 and younger must have a responsible adult (18) with them.  Due to the late opening there will be no lifeguard this season.

The fees for PHHA members (Active) will be $340.  The fee for Guest members (and PH homeowner inactive)will be $415.  If you want to use the pool and tennis courts for one week as a PHHA  member, but not a PHRA member, your fee will be $120.  This pool area has always been an asset to our neighborhood.  A great family environment with a beautiful pool, a wading pool for younger kids, and a great seating area for those who just want to enjoy the sun.  You will also gain access to the tennis court.  If you would like to join, please contact Tammy at 1-509-737-8238.  You do not have to be a homeowner in Panoramic Heights to join.
